A new and exciting challenge...

I was asked to photograph a wedding for a dear sweet friend of mine, but I was a little nervous about being her "photographer." All of the other weddings I have taken pictures at I have just been a by stander having some fun. After careful consideration and informing her she and her groom would be "guinea pigs," if you will, I accepted the opportunity. In preparation for her wedding, I had another friend mention her son was getting married and offered my services as a gift so I could get some practice in -- weddings are quite different affairs from family pictures. Her son and soon to be daughter in law agreed to let me practice on them, too. I'm so grateful they did. Here are some of my favorites from their March 4th wedding...
